2016 NSW Seniors Week Grant Applications are now open

Grant applications are now open for the 2016 NSW Seniors Week, which will run from Friday 1 April to Sunday 10 April, with one of the main focuses being ‘healthy living’.

State Member for the Electorate of Cessnock, Clayton Barr, MP has announced that there are two funding categories are offered under the program:

  • Tier 1 Grants – up to $1,000 are available for community groups, and
  • Tier 2 Grants – $1,001 – $5,000 will be available to fund large scale week-long activities.

Applications can only be made via the NSW Seniors Week website at www.nswseniorsweek.com.au The website also provides information on grant eligibility, terms and conditions, key dates and some event ideas to get you started.
